Who is Crash Cart Consulting (CCC)?
CCC is an advisory services firm that assists CCC clients with security, governance, and risk management services (collectively CCC “Services”). CCC also provides strategic sourcing for applications, third-party services, and technologies that relate to these domains. CCC is a Florida-based limited liability company (LLC). 

Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Notice:

CCC does not knowingly collect sensitive Personal Data, biometric data, protected health information, genetic information, or financial data. CCC does not knowingly collect Personal Data on individuals who are not, at a minimum, eighteen (18) years of age. The Personal Data that is collected by CCC is categorized as business contact information related to an individual’s role with the company or business with whom they work in a professional role. CCC does not request or require You to provide these type of data elements to provide its Services to You. 

CCC’s primary objective in collecting Your Personal Data is to deliver Services, verify Your identity, address requests and inquiries from You, develop and improve Services, comply with applicable laws and regulations, enforce agreements, and comply with legal subpoenas or requests from law enforcement.

The sources of Personal Data collected by CCC is primarily from webforms associated with CCC Services and the CCC Website (e.g., https://www.crashcartconsulting.com) and reflects Personal Data that you have shared with CCC.

CCC may also be obligated to disclose Your Personal Data to comply with legal obligations, to protect CCC’s property, to detect and prevent fraud, and to protect against liability. If CCC is part of a merger or acquisition, Your Personal Data may be transferred to the other Legal Entity. 

 

Your Rights and How to Exercise Your Rights

You have important Privacy Rights as it relates to how CCC uses Your Personal Data. Privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), provide individuals with certain Rights over how their Personal Data may be collected, processed, shared, and retained.

  • Notice Rights – You have the Right to be informed as to how CCC will use Your Personal Data and information including how You can exercise Your Rights over these contemplated processing activities. This Website provides notice as to how CCC collects, processes, shares, retains, and protects Your Personal Data.

  • Deletion Rights – You have the Right to request that CCC delete any Personal Data that has been collected about You. 
  • Correction Rights – You have the Right to request that CCC update and correct the Personal Data collected about You. 
  • Transfer and Portability Rights – You have the Right to request that CCC transfer Personal Data collected about You to another designated entity or business. 
  • Opt-Out Rights – You have the Right to opt-out of any processing activities including whether CCC may share Your Personal Data.
  • Non-Discrimination Rights – You have the Right to exercise Your Rights without any discrimination related to the Services provided by CCC when exercising Your Privacy Rights. 
  • To ensure the accuracy and veracity of the request, CCC will verify Your identity. 

CCC will respond to Your requests within 45 days of verified request. If CCC requires more time to fulfill Your request, CCC will notify You as to the reason for the extension period. If an extension is required to fulfill a request, CCC will have an additional 45 days to complete the request. 

Children’s Privacy
CCC does not knowingly collect Personal Data on any minor. CCC’s Services are not knowingly marketed to any individual under the age of thirteen (13). If You are a parent or guardian and You become aware that Your Child has provided Personal Data to CCC, please notify Us and CCC will delete such data. 

Securing Your Data
CCC maintains reasonable security controls spanning administrative, technical, and physical controls over the information and Personal Data shared with CCC. While CCC strives to maintain reasonable security controls, there is no guarantee that any control or practice is 100% secure.
