Previously, Charles was the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Clearsense, LLC, a data platform recognized by Gartner for its groundbreaking approach to data management in healthcare. His leadership at Clearsense spanned nearly nine years, during which he developed a platform that empowered organizations with real-time data-driven decisions.

Jeff is a seasoned cybersecurity and IT executive with deep expertise in IT service management, project recovery, digital transformation, and enterprise security across industries—especially healthcare. Known for translating complex technical concepts for executive audiences, including CEOs and boards, he has led initiatives in managed services, cloud and data center strategy, security, data analytics, and organizational performance optimization. As both a professor and practitioner, Jeff brings extensive knowledge of regulatory and industry frameworks such as SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO standards. His leadership consistently drives measurable improvements in security posture, operational outcomes, and strategic alignment. He holds CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, and PMP certifications.
