Content Rules for Users in India

California “Shine the Light” Rights

Under California Civil Code section 1798.83, California residents with an established business relationship with CCC may request information about CCC’s disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Include “California Shine the Light Request” in your communication when contacting CCC.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to reflect the original intent of the parties.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and CCC with respect to your use of this website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, and communications, whether oral or written, relating to the website.
